Usage Instructions:

• Mixing and Pouring:

  1. Shake well before use.

  2. Mix components A and B by weight ratio and stir thoroughly for 10-15 seconds.

  3. Pour the mixture into the mold or product cavity, ensuring even flow to all parts of the cavity.

  4. Press gently during the foaming process to enhance the foaming effect.

• Storage Instructions:

  • Unused materials should be stored in sealed containers to prevent moisture from affecting the material quality.

  • Ideal storage temperature: 25 ± 5°C with a shelf life of 3 months.

• Rigid Version Features (For Lightweight & Strong Support)

1. Lightweight & Rigid  – The Rigid Version provides strong support while remaining lightweight, making it perfect for projects that require both strength and ease of handling.

2. Thermal Insulation – Provides excellent Thermal Insulation, ideal for applications that require temperature regulation, such as HVAC systems, custom molds, and temperature-sensitive environments.

3. Superior Sound Dampening – The Rigid Foam also offers superior sound dampening properties, making it an excellent choice for noise reduction in applications such as seating and soundproofing.

FLOW CHART

1. Please shake well before use and mix components A and B by weight ratio and stir thoroughly for 10-15 seconds.
2. Pour into the mold or product cavityAfter pouring, let it flow evenly to all parts of the cavity
3. When foaming, press an appropriate amount to make the foaming effect better

       Working time: 10 seconds, curing time: 1-2 hours (based on a total weight of 80g for components A and B)

Storage Instructions

        Unused materials should be stored in well-sealed containers to prevent moisture from entering and affecting the material quality. The ideal storage temperature is 25 ± 5°C, with a storage period of 3 months.
